I have registered my Sure Signal and whatever I do I cannot get it working. Please can someone talk me through. I have registered mobiles to it, and I have reset it, but no luck. I have spoken to someone in the Tech Team but when I did everything they said, it still doesn't work and I am losing the will to live here, Can someone really smart talk me through this problem please?

sadly I am still at a loss. when I get into the settings of the hub I find nothing that remotely resembles 'port clamping'. Anywhere. I feel so stupid.

Don't worry, it's a case of the blind leading the blind here, as i've only got a rough idea of what we are looking for...

On your home hub, does it have a version? The port clamping mode was only introduced at v4 i think, so if older you won't be able to find it.

 

I've just found where it should be

Advanced Setting -> Broadband -> VPN.

 

If it's not there due to an older model, you may need more help than I can offer, and hopefully one of the VF staff will get in touch to find out more.
