The light sequence indicates the Sure Signal is not active, and I can see it hasn't connected with our servers since 7 May 2016.

 

We have recently updated our servers and resetting the Sure Signal will trigger a connection.

 

Please also check the Smart Setup in the BT HomeHub router is inactive.
