Hi

 

I have been given a Sure Signal by my work (Public Sector) and it was previously used by another employee who is unable to deregister the Sure Signal

 

Is there a way to get this Sure Signal register to myself and my phones ?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

The original owner would themselves need to speak with Customer service via 191 or Live Chat to request it to be de registered.
