I have not been able to get my Sure Signal box to work since last Friday.
I have just set up another new sure signal to see if the original is faulty, and neither this works either.
Both Sure Signals have been given a full reset, and my home router has been fully restarted numerous times to no avail.
I also note that the Vodafone website is not currently allowing me to install further users on either device. Just says there is a problem with the site.

Sure Signal is located in my office on the 1st floor of the house.
We have changed position, and moved it away from all wireless items, such as router and wireless printer.
