Sure V3 two days old.. worked day 1 ...now no 3G signal

Hi

Just iinstalled my V3 on Thurday cos of the shocking vodafone signal

Worked immedialty and was pleased

Next day the phone (iphone 4s) had no 3g signal again and back to little signal

nothing was changed or touched

please advise

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Yes thanks I read the troubleshooting guide before posting

it stopped working overnight.

I have a signal light , just no 3g connection on my phone

tracert doesnt look right tho?

Could you please ensure that the following ports are open and the IP addresses are not blocked by your firewall:

I have set the ports but unsure how to allow the ip addresses?

Also why would it work all day Thurday and just stop?

I have set the router to a DMZ and still no connection?

Please also add the following ports and ensure they’re open:

 

  • 1723 (TCP & UDP)
  • 4500 (UDP)
  • 33434 - 33445 (UDP)
