Sure signal 1 only requires 1mb according to Vodafone literature.
Are you telling me that over the last several years my sure signal 1 has never worked?
Surely you can check when it was last connected.
I'm in the sticks and both my wife and I need it working to use our phones.
I have been a customer for at least 14 years,so a little bit more help is required please.
Regards
Kendo

Hi Kendo,

I can see that your Sure Signal has an active connection right now.

Has the issue now been resolved?

Thanks,

Matt B

Hi Kendo70,

Are you able to try the Sure Signal with a new Ethernet cable?

Thanks,

Sarah

I've tried it and it still doesn't work.
Would it be possible to send me a new sure signal .

Hi Kendo70,

If you've tried a new Ethernet cable, we need you to try the Sure Signal at a different location, with a different ISP.

Let us know how you get on with this.

As your Sure Signal is out of warranty, we can't send a new one.

If you wish to buy a new one, you can do that here.

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian_C
I have tried it at another address and it doesn't work ,
Isn't it a little bit coincidental that so many boxes have gone down since the outage?
Solution ...... Buy a new one.
Thanks.
