Hi, I am having probs with sure signal not connecting, solid red power light and slow flashing connection light I have read other posts and carried out test, these are the reults, hope you can help.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the information. To make sure your Sure Signal is as up to date as possible, I’ve just performed a resync for you. To make sure it completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-
If this isn’t successful for you, the next thing would be to try your Sure Signal on a different internet connection. If it works there, then it would indicate there’s something in your current set up that’s preventing it from maintaining a stable connection to our servers.

I have a steady red power light and a flashing system light on my Sure Signal 2 device. This problem started about 5 days ago when I was cut off in mid call. I have carried out the reset procedure to no avail. I rang the Vodafone Helpline 4 days ago and was told that this is a known problem with BT and it is being "worked on". The first time I rang I was given a 24 hour deadline for the problem to be solved. 48 hours later they were unable to give me any timescale for resolution. Without Sure Signal I have no vodafone signal in my house.
I have checked this forum and there do not seem to have been any recent reports of similar problems.
Previous to this I have been using my Sure Signal with BT Broadband since the end of 2013. I switched to BT Infinity in July.
Is this a new problem affecting all BT customers with Sure Signal 2 or a recurrence of an old problem which has not been fixed?
