Hi, my SS3 stopped working this morning. Completely dead, no lights at all. Tried pressing the reset button for 10 secs but nothing happens. Can it be saved?

Apologies if you've been through this troubleshooting tip thread.

To add the device has a 24 month manufacturing warranty.

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

Thanks for the prompt reply, if I am reading it correctly it asks me to hold the reset button for 10 secs. I've done this and still nothing. No lights at all, I know the socket it is plugged into is ok. The unit is 4years old

@imiller9 - If it's in warranty (24 months) then please get in touch by following the steps in the private message I’ve sent.

 

If it’s out of warranty, you can buy a new Sure Signal online.
