Sure signal 3 only red light showing - was working - now stopped

Can someone please help, tried calling and getting nowhere fast, need signal to work from home!!

 

Set up sure signal 3 and all worked fine for a week or so, now just the red light showing.  Tried re-setting but nothing is working.

Managed to get through to someone via the phone from Business support and they re-synced the sure signal device, but this has not worked, still just the red light only showing.

 

Can someone please help?????????????

Thanks for letting me know what you’ve tried.

 

One thing to check is that the following ports are open/forwarded on your router:-

 

Port Number

 

8          TCP      UDP

50         TCP      UDP

53         TCP      UDP

500                   UDP

1723     TCP      UDP

4500                 UDP

33434 - 33445    UDP

 

If this doesn’t help, try the Sure Signal in a different location, that of a friend or family member.

How do I check the ports?

 

Tried a different location for the sure signal and that doesn't work.  Also, don't know anyone nearby with vodafone so this is not an option.

Hi Sara,

 

To check the ports, you’d need to log in to your router’s admin console on your PC.

 

For detailed instructions on how to do this, I’d suggest contacting your ISP or Router Manufacturer.

 

You can also use the default guide for your particular make and model, over at http://portforward.com.
