Sure signal 3

I really need someone's help as I have tried everything I can. I have a sure signal 3 , the red light and next 2 lights are on. I have de registered it and registered a few times and can't get a signal. It was working up until a week ago and just stopped. The number is 40124216983. Thanks

  • Your speed test results from here.

  • Your ping test results from here.

  • Your external IP address from here.

  • The results of a traceroute.

  • Your Sure Signal serial number: 

     

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run

  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

  3. A black box will appear.

  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.
