I've had a new phone and new SIM (Removed for security) - this phone doesn't work with my Sure Signal V1 (SN 21197024728). I have tried resetting the Sure Signal (yesterday) but no change. Can you help please?

Hi @chriswallett

Welcome to the eForum.

As you’ve had a new SIM card in the phone we advise that the Vodafone Sure Signal is reset –

  1. Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
  2. Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
  3. Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
  4. Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Once this has been done, turn the affected phones off and back on within range of the device.

This should update them and allow the Vodafone Sure Signal to work with them.

If this still doesn’t help, remove the numbers from the Vodafone Sure Signal and read them.

Cheers,

Laura
