Sure signal V1 - lights 1,2,4 on.

Hi,

 

My SS1 was working fine until recently (although had a similar hiccup a few months back). I now have the 1,2,4 lights on but no signal on my devices problem again. The last time it kinda resolved randomly on it's own - although I think there was some manual updating needed... Have done a factory reset and reset router and the other suggested actions. No joy, yet.

 

Speed test - DL 16 (usually faster than this, BT Infinity 2), upload - 15
Ping: 25ms

Update - randomly just started working again! Not sure how to stop this problem occuring for a 3rd time in the future but for now I'll just be grateful to have a signal once more!!!
