Sure signal V2 not working, both lights flashing

I moved house recently and changed the post code on my sure signals. One is working fine, the other a V2 seems to have both lights flashing constantly. Been doing this for over a week. I de registered it today, did a 30 second reset and re registered it. Still no joy.

 

Could someone at Vodafone take a look please?

@cyclobob I've checked your Vodafone Sure Signal and can see it made a connection on 16 October 2016.
