Sure signal V3 not working - AGAIN

Hi, I have a sure signal v3. Lights 1, 2 and 3 are solid, but all three registered phones arent connecting to it

Please allow 6 hours to pass before your device obtains a connection and starts working again.

Hi Rahim. The sure signal still isn't working with any phones. Please can you look into it and escalate if need be. As before, the first three lights are static, but no fourth light when trying to make calls.

I have exactly the same problem. V3 - first three light illuminate but never fourth.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

Looks like i've gt the same issue. Light 1, 2 and 3 are all ok, but not getting any 3g signal. My IP seems to have changed too.
