Sure signal and network coverage

Having moved to Vodafone 3yrs ago, (due to much better coverage in the area....!), got home to no signal that evening, got a sure signal and also informed mast problem in the area, coverage back.
Upgraded broadband to bt infinity, sure signal quit...apparently not compatible with bt infinity?!?!
General signal did improve in the area so sure signal account was suspended due to inactivity.
But recently network coverage has been dire, regularly without signal, keep getting told no fault in the area when I contact Vodafone.
Is there a bt infinity compatible sure signal available yet or do I have to continue paying for this rubbish service until my contract is up? (Is it possible to end contract sooner?)
Thanks.
