Sure signal and new sim

I recently got a new sim and my SS does not allow it to connect.  Do I need to register the new sim somewhere?

If you’ve already activated your new SIM, please remove your number and then re add it to your Sure Signal account. :Smiling:

It was my primary number so i deregistered and registered the sure signal, which resolved the problem.
