Sure signal box STILL not working. Can't get any help from Vodafone.

I have phoned, spent hours on online contact, tweeted and still got nowhere. I now have no phone signal at home and so can't use online Vodafone account as it needs me to receive a text, which I can't because I have no signal! I have been told so many stories and had so many promises about fixes- none of which work. In desperation I tweeted and just got fobbed off again. What can I do to get some help? Vodafone have records of this issue and have promised call backs - guess what, they don't call. USELESS.

There was a forum announcement stating their was an issue with Sure signal boxes connecting. Here

 

Regarding the Security Protocol do you have a landline as you can request for that to be added in order to recieve the code.
