Can you help I have bought a second hand box. And been told that I can't register the box as its been De-activated.???The owner before has not used it for a while So is there anything I can do ?? Help

Thanks for your post. I can see that the Sure Signal serial number that you have supplied is still registered to the previous owner. Unfortunately we're unable to deregister Sure Signals in this way so you would need to contact the seller of the Sure Signal and ask them to deregister the device. They can do this by using the Sure Signal Dashboard in My Account.

Once it's been deregistered you will be free to register the device in your own name.
