Sure signal de-register problem

Sure Signal Ser No. 21230227940.  This box was purchased by me and installed in the home of an older relative.  I registered it on their behalf on their Vodafone account.  The lady has recently moved to another mobile provider, and transfered her number.  Therefore her online account with Vodafone no longer shows any useful details and does not allow access to the Suresignal dashboard.  So it is impossible to de-register online.  Can you please assist by carrying out the process manually?
