One of the the eForum Team will be in touch in about 24 - 48 hours or so to send you details of how to get in touch so they can help you deregister the SureSignal, Ideally, what you should have done, is deregister the device prior to leaving Vodafone.

Hi, I need to deregister a sure signal following a number port so I can re register it with the correct mobile number. I spoke with a live chat advisor who claimed to have done it for me but it still hasn't deregistered. Please can you advise me how I go about this.
