Sure signal device stopped working

Hi,

I have had a sure signal device for nearly a year now and set up was straight forward and was up and running with no problems.

Some time in January it stopped working and i havent been able to get it working since.

Nothing has changed in terms of modems, wireles routers etc.

I have tried fully resetting my sure signal (holding the reset button, switching power off and on again etc ), and i have also de-registered and re-registered my sure signal too but with no joy.

Once the lights finish flashing (configuring) the power light and the signal lights remain on, but the phone lights stays off.

Has it been flagged for a re-sync?

Can you please advise?

MODEL: 9631 home cell V2-V

Serial No: 40110544562

Many thanks

Re: Sure signal device stopped working

Hi willsmum,

I have taken a look at your Sure Signal serial number for you and can see that it is showing as fully registered and was last connected to our server this morning.

Can you confirm if you are still experiencing issues with the Sure Signal?

To cover all basis I have also re-synced the Sure Signal for you, Please let me know if you notice any changes.

Re: Sure signal device stopped working

Hi,

Thats great thanks, it seems to have worked a treat. Once you re-synched is just had to swith the device off and on again and all is good now.

Just one quick question. I actually have a new wireless router that i havent actually swapped for the old one yet. Should this cause problems or is it likely to be ok?

Thanks for all your help.
