@ForestSkillLtd

The Sure Signal serial number will be on the device itself, printed on a sticker.

Please ensure the required ports are open on your router.

Has this worked previously?

The IP address is matched in our system too.

It's always worked absolutely perfectly, until today :Sad_face:

@ForestSkillLtd

The light sequence indicates the Sure Signal may have developed a fault.

If you let me know the serial number, I'll take a look to see if there's anything that looks out of place from this end and resynch your device.

Hi. Here are the details;

Model: 9361 Home Cell p3.0

Part No: 3jr09113abba

Serial No: 43151611274

Mac@: b046fc80cb94

Hope that's of some use?

Chris

@ForestSkillLtd

The Sure Signal is active and everything looks correct.

I've resynched it and this will take roughly six hours to stabilise.

So we can rule out a fault with your internet connections, please connect this at another location such as a friend or family members (preferably with a different ISP).

Thanks.

The internet is fine, but if necessary I'll connect it into nextdoors broadband tomorrow.

Thanks

I have had the same issue and have been told by Vodafone on the phone that there is a major outage and that boxes are being de-registered due to a system issue - the tech people on this forum are clearly hiding this fact away from everyone

Oh :Sad_face:
