Sure signal keeps disconnecting after a few hours

Even though the network Coverage for my area says I can get amazing 2G, 3G and 4G I can just about get 3g if someone farts the right way.

 

Sure signal is off no help either. If I restart it then it works perfectly for a few hours then the lights start flashing and then all I get is the red light. This is the second sure signal box I have had to.

 

My IP address is 151.228.175.181

Ping results are 27ms

Download speed is 24.38Mbps and upload is 8.12Mbps

Tracert looks bad but nothing else in affected by my connection. Xbox, Sky boxes, switches, bluray players.

 

All perfect.

 

I have also hard reset the box but still the same thing.

Almost as bad as Vodafone on Twitter. Am I going to get ignored on here to?

@MarkBridgewater - Your Sure Signal hasn’t connected with the network since 8 October at 7.01pm.

 

If you’re only seeing a red stable light, this usually indicates a faulty device.

 

Please test it at a different location.

Tried it in 3 different parts of the house.

 

If its faulty I am not paying for a third one.

Testing at another site helps rule out a hardware issue. 

You could send the unit off for a repair or purchase a replacement, however if the problem lies with your ISP or home setup, this won't fix anything.
