I have reset the SureSignal but still no luck, I have run through the troubleshooting but cant get it working

@miller75 I've checked your Sure Signal via the serial number you've given and can see it hasn't updated on our system in a long time.
I've resynced your device from our end to force your Sure Signal to make a connection.
