Sure signal no longer working

Hi
Following the recent storms I have been without power for a few days. But since the power has been back on I have been unable to get my sure signal version1 to work.
It is going through the start up procedure and the 3 lights are on like it should be but doesn't seem to be creating a 3G network.
I have tried the usual fixes but nothing as worked.
Any ideas please thanks george
