Sure signal no power light

Hi

I have just recieved my sure signal device. I have set it up per the setup guide, it is plugged in correctly, but I do not have any lights on, the power light is off as are the other three lights.

The green and yellow lights on the button where the cable are plugged in are on and flashing, the device is also warm.

Any ideas?
