hi, having trouble with my V1 sure signal for a few days. Have tried the reset option a couple of times but the problem remains. It currently has the top light on, the 2nd light flashing and the fourth also intermittently flashing. If I use my mobile phone which is registered to the sure signal it uses only a mobile signal which is too poor to hold a conversation, the sure signal doesn't show up as being in use, ie 3rd light. The sure signal light power light is all that is on as I type this.

If your Vodafone Sure signal is stolen, you have to report the matter to Vodafone customer service:-
To report about the stolen device, follow the steps mentioned below:
-Log in to your Vodafone account by clicking on the link My Vodafon
-Select your number and click on “Manage services”.
-Click on “Sure Signal” > choose the one you want to report.
-Choose “Manage Sure Signal”> and click “Report stolen”.

All three lights lit correctly.
Spoken to your help team and now fixed.
Held reset button for 30 seconds to reset Suresignal. Changed setting on iphone from 4G to 3G and now phone connects

Hi am having some trouble with my sure signal version 3 since late Sunday night it seems to have stopped sending a signal to my phone. So far I have tried.
unplugging the sure signal and disconnecting tit from my BT hub 5
replacing the cat5/Ethernet cable.
