Sure signal / no signal

hi, having trouble with my V1 sure signal for a few days. Have tried the reset option a couple of times but the problem remains. It currently has the top light on, the 2nd light flashing and the fourth also intermittently flashing. If I use my mobile phone which is registered to the sure signal it uses only a mobile signal which is too poor to hold a conversation, the sure signal doesn't show up as being in use, ie 3rd light. The sure signal light power light is all that is on as I type this.

If your Vodafone Sure signal is stolen, you have to report the matter to Vodafone customer service:-

 

To report about the stolen device, follow the steps mentioned below:

-Log in to your Vodafone account by clicking on the link My Vodafon

-Select your number and click on “Manage services”.

-Click on “Sure Signal” > choose the one you want to report.

-Choose “Manage Sure Signal”> and click “Report stolen”.

I'm still having some issues- sometimes full signal, sometimes just one dot on phone- no reason for the difference- bit of a pain to be honest

@fionastrachan1 Your Sure Signal is showing it last made contact with our server on 7 November 2016. 

 

Please can you let us know if it's working now? 

 

If it isn't we can look into remotely resetting your device. 

 

@craig1960 We can certianly look into resyncing your Sure Signal to see if that improves the situation. 

 

However this is more than likely due to house/build type restricting the signal from the device from penetrating through walls.

Not really- only one dot on the signal strength and poor sound quality to calls

@craig1960 The quality of calls is dependent on your upload/download speeds you get from your ISP (internet service provider).

Yes - but with the speeds posted earlier that shouldn't be a problem. Was working perfectly with full signal up until a week ago

Hi, sounds like similar problem to mine: The suresignal appears to be connected (red power light solid + two white solid lights for internet and service) but the phone will not connect to it for several days now.

 

Have tried resetting several times, turning phone on/off several times...but no luck.

Please help...!

Same issue today- one dot on signal strength- poor voice quality- turn wireless off on phone and still one dot so obviously phone not connecting- very frustrating.

@craig1960 Please could you advise the colour of the light sequence you've got on your Sure Signal?
