Sure signal no white lights

After a power cut a few days ago my sure start is now not working at all only the red light is on, after numerous times switching it off and resetting I'm still having no joy - as this provides all of my mobile signal (I live in the middle of nowhere) and I'm 7miles away from signal I can't phone to find out the issue - broadband is working fine - any help appreciated tia

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
