Sure signal not connecting to server.;

When I plug in the Sure Signal the Power light starts as solid red and the Internet light flashes slowly for about 15 seconds. Then it goes off, the Power light starts flashing and the Service light along with the Users light come on Solid orange and remain this way.

I have done all the usual checks that Tech support suggest like switching cables, Port forwarding, re registering my Vodafone Router and Sure Signal device but to no avail.

This problem started after was I was upgraded from standard phone wire to Fibre Optic and at first we thought it was the device so got it replaced with no joy. On my third Sure Signal device now so it ain't the device. Any suggestions please?

To the many people who couldn't manage to get their Vodafone Sure Signal to connect to the internet I decided, last night, to set the Security level to Low on the Router (Vodafone Router) and for the first time ever the SS started the configuration process. I went to bed and woke up this morning to full 5 bar signal on my phone.
