Sure signal not recognising new phone

Hi I upgraded to an iphone 6 yesterday, did the sim swap and have had this confirmed by vodafone but still no service on my phone so I don't think the sure signal we have in the house is recognising my new phone - any help would be gratefully appreciated thanks

I had the exact same problem, upgrade yesterday and it still isn't working in my house.

I'm assuming it is a network problem as it seems I am not the only one affected by this. But waiting Vodafone's reply on this too.

Hi @suzytrotter and @zaid1988,

Please remove your numbers from your Sure Signals and then readd them six hours later.

Then reset the phones by switching them off and back on.

This should resolve the issue that you're facing.
