Hi having serious issues with my sure signal box, - struggling to get more than 2 weeks of un-interrupted use of this Current issue is presenting itself as the power light remaining on constantly and no others. It is connecting to my router sucessfully as both the green power and amber data light are on at the ethernet port.
Has not worked in more than 5 days now.
I'm still awaiting a call back from the support desk from the last time I logged an issue which was probably 3 weeks ago now!
I have tried ALL the steps in the troubling shooting guide so this can only be aither a faulty box or an external issue. The Tracert results below would seem to suggest a routing issue at your end.
