Sure signal not working - All tech team resolution done

I purchased sure signal a while back and had a few problems with it. I have gone through all the diagnosis with technical team and last time they told me that if the problem persist they will replace it. As the problem is already there I wish the sure signal team to replace it.
Please let me know how soon you can do it. The main problem is that we the phone voice quality is very poor if connected through sure signal.
The connection to broadband is excellent and sure signal is far away from the router. They then try to set up the router to no use.
Last time the tech team told me that they will replace the sure signal as there is nothing more they can do.
I wish to go ahead and get it replaced. How should I do it?

Hi msemwall,
I've checked your previous posts and cannot see that we have discussed any issues or carried out troubleshooting with you on the eForum before. Can you advise who you spoke with when you carried out these checks? Was it by phone, live chat or twitter, for example?
Can you also confirm for me what the actual issue is and what checks were carried out so we can ensure that everything was covered? For example, which light sequence are you seeing when you try to connect?
