Sure signal not working after upgrade

My sure signal worked fine for many months with my iphone, until the latest upgrade. After searching the web - I got a new sim card and re registered the sure signal. But still dows not work. Please help:

Hi there Zaare,

 

Thanks for your post.

 

I've forced a resync for you. Please factory reset the device and let me know how you get on.

 

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS should come online within the hour

I have just changed from an iPhone to a Galaxy s3 and since then my phone will not register witht the Sure Signal.

I have tried resetting and also re registering the user.

 

Can you please do a reset or something from the Vodafone end.

Hi iansjones, 

 

I've forced a resynch for you now, can you reset the Sure Signal and see if this picks up your S3?

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

If not, de-register your Sure Signal, then re-register it and you should be up and running :smileywink:
