Sure signal not working for owner but is for others

Sure signal serial no 40132138682 does not work for the registered owners phone but does on other phones. I have tried de-registering, pressing reset and then re-registering but get the same result. Where from here please?

Everything looks fine with the registration.

Can you confirm what phone the owner is using and what software they are running?

We are both away at the moment - back Saturday evening but we both are using an iPhone 5 and IOS 7. Since I de registered and re registered the device neither phone was working as of this morning.

I'll try them again when we get back

Found a link to a non Voda website tha said change your post code and all will work. I did change it and 10 minutes later everything works. Why is this not standard advice?
