Sure signal not working (no signal)

I have no signal at all on either of my 2 phones registered on my sure signal V3.

 

The red power light is on and lights 2 and 3 are solid white, 4th light is not lit:

 

speed test results: Ping 9ms;  Download 34.31 Mbps;  Upload 10.07 Mbps

@mollycat10 I've resynced your Vodafone Sure Signal to help resolve your issue. 

 

Please allow 6 hours to pass before your device obtains a connection and starts working again. 

 

If you've had a replacement SIM on either of the numbers that you're experiencing issues with, you'll need to temporarily de-register them from your online dashboard and then register them again.

Hi, since my original post the Sure signal has completely stopped working, no power etc so don't think the resync will help!
