Sure signal not working- nothing changed our end, tried all troubleshooting steps...

Please help with my sure signal which is no longer working. It used to work and provide 3G signal to both me and my husband but now we have virtually no reception in the house. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed at our end.

- Router Make & Model
Superhub 2 (virgin media)

- Sure Signal Serial Number
21228576803

- Status of Lights on Sure Signal
1,2,4 constantly green, 3 off

- Are the Lights on the Ethernet Port (Where the internet cable plugs into the Sure Signal) on or flashing?
Green one on, orange one flashes sporadically

- Is there access to the internet via the modem?
Yes

- Have you attempted to use an alternative ethernet (internet) cable?
Yes

- Have you tried the Ethernet (internet) cable in another port on the modem?
Yes

- Has the router been reset?
Yes

- is it a 3G phone?

Hi Beccathefish,

 

Your serial number shows that a location change has been detected.

 

I’ve updated the system to remove this message.

 

Also, your Sure Signal is running an older version of firmware.

 

I’ve requested that the latest version be pushed out to you.

 

This process can take up to 24 hours so, during that time, don’t unplug or reset your device.

Thanks, fingers crossed it works. As of now 17.49 tonight there's still no signal though...
