Sure signal not working on my iPhone 4s

Hello I recently broke my iPhone 4S witch my sure signal box worked on just fine I put my sim in a non 3G phone whilst my phone was being fixed now I've got my phone back I can't seem to get 3G with my box it seems to be working fine with my girlfriends phone but not mine I've tried unregistering my self but nothing checked 3G was enabled and it was downloaded the wap contract software nothing reset the box still nothing and I've kinda ran out of options now I'm normally good with stuff like this but it's really got me confused.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
