Sure signal not working today

My Sure Signal stopped working today for no reason - no changes, not power problems. Working fine 1st thing, just quit at about 10am. Red power light on only. Turned off and on again, same problem. Turned both sure signal and router off for a while and all was ok when I turned them both back on. Stopped working a few hours later, same problem. Tried resetting sure signal but no effect. Any answers?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Turned both router and SS off for a couple of hours, turned back on and all fine - for the rest of the night. Sunday morning, same problem. Tried all sorts of things as recommended in troubleshooting thread - no difference so did the reset, turn off, wait, power up thing again and all fine since yesterday afternoon. I suspect a Vodafone problem as nothing has been changed at my end.
