Sure signal not working

Hi, My VS1 sure signal is not working. I've read the various solutions and tried resetting the device without success.

The light sequence worked as advertised but I am left with the same situation i.e. 1,2 and 4 on. but no 3, my phone shows no signal. The phone, an HTC one ,was working on this before i went on holiday.

The serial number of the box is 21197090984.

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Your Sure Signal is running an old firmware version which is likely to be causing these issues. 

I've updated this for you today. Please keep the Sure Signal plugged in and don't perform any resets for 24 hours. 

After 24 hours please turn your phone off and back on.
