For the last day or so I only have the solid red power light on - periodically the first white internet light flashes and then goes off for a while. I have unplugged/re-started the Internet as I have had to do in the past but that is not doing the trick. I have also pressed the reset button but again no joy.
I am using the sure signal in conjunction with BT business broadband.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
