Sure signal not working

Have called Vodafone today regarding my Suresignal not working. They are saying its a general issue and they are working on it. I have been with Vodafone for 6 months and I have made approx 20 calls because this device is very unreliable and keeps on giving trouble.

I am out of my depth as the appalling customer service reps REFUSE to put me through to a manager. This is without a doubt the worst company in terms of customer service. What a mistake I have made switching from O2.

Please can a manager call me?
