Sure signal problem, no 3g phine coverage, all lights working

Hi

 

After a short power outage while meter changed, none of our 3 phones will now pick up the 3g signal from our sure signal unit (been working fine for several years with all phones plus guest phones),

 

All the lights are on, tried usual turn of & on, press reset, power off hold reset & power on & hold till 4 lights in order etc, turn phones off & on, still no joy, 

 

 

Where next?

Now all up and running after long talk with lady from tech dept  In Egypt!) after gave up waiting for reply on this forum and went through live chat.  Firmaware update sent to unit within 5 minutes of ending call and now all phones up & running  2hours later, very pleased teenage son.
