Sure signal problem

Hi,

I have a SureSignal device (s/n 21221620608)installed at my registered address, since 2010.

2 handsets are registered against it and neither have been receiving 3G signal from the Sure Signal for several days.

Lights 1, 2 and 4 are solid.

Broadband confirmed operational

Neither handsets or SIM's have been changed recently and confirm working when in normal 3G signal coverage areas.

SureSignal device has been rebooted numerous times however this does not improve the situation.

Please advise

Rgds

Hi edmilner,

Thanks for posting.

I've checked your VSS and can see it connected to our network last night.

I've forced a resync for you. Please factory reset it and let me know if you need any more help.

Cheers,
