Hi, My plug in sure signal keeps crashing during phone calls on my iPhone 5 and rebooting with the red light flashing and the first internet light solid (red or orange?) Hi Motomot, 

 

You upload speed is borderline of what the Sure Signal needs to function correctly. If any other devices in the house are connected to Internet this could cause some issues. 

 

Has this only just started happening or have you experienced issues since you started using it? We're also aware of a BT Home Hub compatibility issue, you can find more information on this here
