I have a solid power line, but an intermittent internet signal. I have changed the the Ethernet cable but it has made no difference.

Hi njarnold,

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Thanks

Wayne

Hi

We have the white internet symbol, but nothing where the other symbols should be. The box has stopped working over the last couple of weeks and we have no signal in the house. Thanks

Hi njarnold

The hops on the traceroute need to be under 200, at point 8 it seems to spike quite high, this could be causing the issue that you’re facing. I'd recommend contacting your internet service provider for more information.

You can also try de register and re register your Sure Signal to see if that helps. Steps on how to do this can be found in the troubleshooting Kay provided above.

Thanks
