Sure signal problem

Hi, my sure signal has been working fine and the last few days it is not picking up my phone, when I used to make a call the phone light on the box lit up and now it doesn't, I have tried a reset, the serial number of the box is 40120953456 please help

Hi Rbwindover,

 

It appears that your phone is losing connection and is unable to reconnect.

 

A seamless handover from the network to the Sure Signal isn’t a supported feature and there is no ‘fix’ for this, however toggling to airplane mode and back will resolve the issue.

Hi, i am trying to add an additional user to my sure signal box (which currently only has 3 users) and i keep getting this error code Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController". has anyone seen this before?

My sure signal has been down for the last 2 days . Red light on, but signal button flashing constantly. Tried all help items on thread but nothing has worked. My model is 9361. My serial no is 40110438138.
Please help?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

My sure signal has worked well for a number of weeks but now it will not connect to my phone, I have two orange lights and resetting it does no good

Hi,

I have been having problems with my V2 sure signal for the past 5 days with it not connecting. The red power light is on but the service light just flashes with the phone light not on at all. I have tried all the methods suggested in the troubleshoot many times with no luck. Here are the details of my system as requested:

There are literally hundreds of complaints on here of the exact same problem. Suresignal stopped working for many on the night 26th/27th. See this thread
