Hi @suntek

It appears that the latest Firmware hasn’t reached your Vodafone Sure Signal.

I’ve had this sent through again for you.

Please leave the device plugged in and turned on for 24 hours.

As Sukhi has advised before once this time period has elapsed, reset the phone and the Vodafone Sure Signal.

Cheers,

Laura

I have changed from PAY AS YOU GO to a SIM only contract. On changing the SIM card my Sure Signal box does not recognise my phone????. I cannot access my Sure Signal Account to check my number is there, even though my number had not changed.Seems my new SIM card has not been registered - don't know I am no techy, should not need to be. Help please someone before the whole kit gets chucked out the window !!!

Hi @Zetamax2

If you've had a new SIM, a resync of the Sure Signal is needed.

You can do this by de-registering your unit, then registering it from fresh.

If you're unable to login, please come and speak to us on Live help.

Thanks,

Ben

Well found cineriv, that may help a few things! Doh...

Wasn't actually the issue, I stuck the VSS in DMZ of Mediahub and forwarded ports then spoke to Tony from the VSS support team in Sheffield. Problem lay in a sticky SIM is on the server,
despite registering and syncing okay.
I would say that if you have a problem, stick with it and get through to this team, they are the only ones that can see this 'sticky' serial. Resolved in 5 mins once in touch with the team; took four days to get through to them!

Thanks for the assistance, I'll stop bothering the Koreans now.

Hi Folks

My SureSignal has also stopped working.

It's the Mk 3 version, the plug in one.

The red light is on, as are the first two white ones

I've tried resetting both the BT Outreach modem and the plusnet fibre moden as well as the SureSignal itself

The serial no is 42152156156

Ping is 17 ms

DL speed is 35.01 Mbps

UL speed is 1.89 Mbps

ip address is 91.125.26.128

Trace record is below

Please help with this.
