Sure signal problem

We have had no sure signal for over a week,  sure signal box 3.  If I phone, I am repeatly told that there is a BT issue and it will be resolved.  Nobody has asked me which lights are on the signal box.  Nobody seems to care, the staff are rude and talk over you.  

 

Can anyone tell me what the signals mean:

 

Red light on, second and third light on and no 4th light.  We are trying to run a business without any mobile signal and live in an area with no 3 or 4G.  If someone can verify that this is the BT issue or something else i would be grateful for any assistance before we take our business elsewhere.

I did see a particular issue between the sure signal and Bt Hone Hub.

I've also read that sometimes unplugging the Sure Signal for a few hours can help.

Thank you for info, we have tried everything, resetting the V3, pulling out cables, leaving it for hours etc and nothing helps.
