Sure signal problem

Hi there,

Just got my SS yesterday plugged it in and waited 20 mins, my iPhone 5 against my account and started working a treat. 

The promblem is however is when I try to register my girlfriends and moms iPhone 5 and 4 they get the welcome txt but the phones don't connect - I've reset the SS and and tried to force the phones off the network and back on (as suggested by the troubleshooting) but nothing. 

But now I am not sure what to do, 

and advice would be great Thanks.

Hi,

Just wait it out. Last time I added a phone (for a visitor who stayed over Christmas) he received the text message almost immediately, but it was a couple of days befor his phone was getting the 3G signal from the Sure Signal.

allegoricus is spot on here! It can take a couple of days sometimes so I wouldn’t worry just yet.

If this hasn’t connected after 48 hours then let us know, however it should be fine by then
